We partnered with a property management and buyers agency to lead a strategic digital transformation - modernising how they managed operations, tracked performance, and engaged prospective clients. The business was running on disconnected tools and manual processes that couldn't keep pace with their growth ambitions. The goal was to build a connected digital environment that gave the team clarity, gave leadership visibility, and gave prospects a reason to convert.


Our approach
We began with a discovery phase to understand how the business actually operated day-to-day - where information lived, how performance was being tracked, and where client engagement was falling short. From there we mapped a digital ecosystem built around three priorities: operational clarity, performance visibility, and lead generation. We moved through design and build iteratively, validating each component against real workflows before rolling it out to the team. Change management was embedded throughout - ensuring adoption was genuine, not just grudging compliance.
The challenge
The business was operating across fragmented tools with no single source of truth for performance, pipeline, or client activity. Reporting was manual and retrospective - by the time leadership had visibility over what was happening, the moment to act had already passed. The second challenge was turning their internal performance data into something externally valuable - creating a lead generation mechanism that was credible, differentiated, and directly connected to the agency's core offering.

The solution
We transitioned the agency onto a centralised digital hub, bringing operations, client management, and internal communication into one connected environment that gave every team member clarity on what they owned and what was next. A custom KPI dashboard was built to surface the metrics that actually mattered to the business - giving leadership real-time visibility over performance across property management and sales activity. That same dashboard was then productised as a lead generation tool - turning the agency's performance data into a tangible, credible proof point for prospective clients and embedding a lead capture mechanic directly into the experience. Automated workflows were introduced across onboarding and reporting, reducing manual handling and freeing the team to focus on the work that actually required them.
