We partnered with Bobangles as their embedded technology partner — stepping in to lead the end-to-end adoption of digital systems across a business that had grown significantly over 30 years but had outpaced its own infrastructure. Three decades of growth had built something remarkable. The systems holding it together hadn't kept up.


Our approach
We began by getting inside the business - not just auditing tools, but understanding how people actually worked, where the friction lived, and what legacy habits were protecting. From there we mapped the full technology landscape against where the business needed to go, identifying gaps, redundancies, and missed opportunities across every operational layer. We selected, configured, and where off-the-shelf solutions fell short, built custom automations and workflows purpose-fitted to how Bobangles operates. Adoption was treated as seriously as the build - every system change was supported with structured change management, team mentoring, and hands-on guidance through transition. This isn't a project with an end date. It's an ongoing partnership.
The challenge
The core challenge was the gap between three decades of established process and the pace of modern technology - deeply ingrained habits, varying levels of digital confidence across the team, and a business too operationally active to absorb wholesale change without disruption. The second challenge was finding and sequencing the right systems in the right order, ensuring each adoption built confidence rather than eroding it.

The solution
We embedded directly into Bobangles' leadership structure, providing the strategic technology vision, vendor selection rigour, and hands-on implementation that the business had never had access to before, without the overhead of a permanent hire. Systems were introduced in a sequenced, digestible rollout - prioritising high-impact, low-disruption wins first to build team confidence before tackling more complex integrations. Where existing tools couldn't do the job, we built. Custom automations and workflows were developed to bridge the gaps between systems and eliminate the manual workarounds the team had been carrying for years. Change management was embedded into every phase - structured training, one-on-one mentoring, and ongoing support ensuring the team didn't just tolerate the new systems but genuinely owned them. This work is ongoing and that's exactly how it should be.
